HEATING doesn't work 24 h.

TIME 25 minutes: do not use for more than 25 minutes per meal,
because guests in other rooms may need it
NO Smoking
smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.

You can smoke outside the apartment, on the 4th and a half floor, behind the lift, near the window (open it)
