HEATING WORKS Only in the winter.
HEATING doesn't work 24 h.

for a maximum of 8 hours for day by law.

smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.

You can smoke outside the apartment, on the 4th and a half floor, behind the lift, near the window (open it)
