A few days before check-in you will receive a pin code, with which you can open all the doors and access your room
Self Check-in Istuctions:
1) Check your Room color in your reservation email.
Right apartment: Purple, Yellow, Blue.
Left apartment: Green, Orange, Silver, Red.
2) Open Your Room with code and #
(sometimes you need to touch the 3/4 times
for activate the door lock light).

Self Check-in CASH DISCOUNT :
a) Upon arrival, leave the money in the wardrobe box of your room, opening by your code.
b) Pay to the staff, the following morning, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
c) We can withdraw the money to the card, but it will lose the 15% discount.

After Check-out
Luggage deposit is available After Check-out, so you can enjoy your last day without having to bring it around with you.

You can change fan and temperature
Heating
Valve on radiators: turn on or off.
Only in the winter.
It doesn't work all the hours.
In Italy (Rome) they can be turned on for a maximum of 8 hours a day by law.
if it is too cold turn on the air conditioning.
Safety box & TV
Safe is in the Wardrobe, you can take the key with you.
Smart Television has Netflix and Amazon prime. you must use your personal account

Kitchen
Please clean the kitchen after use.
Coffee-Nespresso: open the capsule bag, insert into the machine and press the button.
TIME 25 minutes: do not use for more than 25 minutes per meal, because guests in other rooms may need it
NO Smoking
smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas.
All types of cigarettes.
You can smoke outside the apartment, on the fourth and a half floor, behind the lift, near the window (open it)
