Great location and in easy reach of restaurants and transport if required. Communal kitchen worked extremely well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Initially found it hard to find as there is no “hotel” sign displayed. You need to go by the address and look for a big green door.

Good location for getting to all places in Rome (just acrross Termini train station and metro, tram + bus nearby); spacious, clean and colourful room; very friendly and supportive staff; kitchen area open 24hrs and free workplace with internet access

Can be a bit noisy due to the location (in our case the airport bus stop was opposite the street, so you had always busses arriving, people coming and going)…but bearable with earplugs

The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is across the street from the main train station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are there to meet you when you arrive. We loved that kitchen area was stocked with all the supplies you need for cooking and every room had their own spot in the fridge. They also have computer with internet that you can use as well as free wi-fi. It was the best place that we stayed in our two weeks in Europe. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come back!

Maid service does not include changing of towels.

The location was neart termini station.Less than 5 mins walk.Alot of food stalls around.If you have trouble looking for it,just walk on the same street as mcdonalds..once you’re out of the station,turn left and walk on the same street as Mcds.Its a big green door next to an chinese accessories shop.Its at level 4.Dont worry,it has a lift and the number of doors we have to enter makes me feel secure.The place is quite ghetto at night but I feel like the police are always around so no worries there.We got the orange room.It was one of the greatest stay I had during my Europe trip.If I come back to Rome,i’ll definitely come back here again.

This was my 4th visit to Rome. Owner was amazing. He was waiting for us at the reception when we arrived and we noticed that he did this for every single guest, no matter what time they arrived day or night. We stayed in the Blue room between my parents (sharing the Queen bed) and myself on the twin. The bathroom shower was very nice and although our room faced the main street Via Gigliotti, it completely sealed off the traffic and pedestrian noise. There is a kitchen with breakfast/snacks readily available along with a fancy espresso maker. Each guest gets their own reserved space in the fridge to store extra food. There was fresh fruit throughout the day and the train station is literally just across from the bldg entrance. We felt very safe and had no problems getting in and out of the apt. There is a modern elevator to get up and down with luggage. Internet and WiFi are readily available. We stayed 2 nights before hopping on a Mediterranean cruise. There was no rooms available the date of our return, so we stayed at an awful hotel nearby and didn’t sleep a wink. We dream of staying at dream station again!!

There is not a single negative comment I can make about Dream Station. Simple, clean, kind owner, convenient, spacious, we truly loved it!!

We had a great stay. All-day breakfast; water machine providing room-temperature water, sparkling water, and cold water; Nexpresso coffee maker, colorful rooms; free and fast wifi, desk top computer for use. Our room was facing the main street across Rome Termini, but we did not hear any noice from the street. The building is very clean and has marble stairs, high security (4 keys to the room). There’s a small elevator (helps a lot when carrying luggages).

We–my husband, I, our 14-month old, and a friend stayed in the orange room and loved it! The room is big, very clean, and the host prepared baby crib for us. There were drinks and snacks prepared in the kitchen and I was able to prepare something for the baby. The location is also great and surprisingly it wasn’t noisy at all at night. You don’t hear anything from the street!

To find this B&B–leave Termini train station from the left exit where you will see McDonald’s in front of you. Keep walking on the same street, the same side of the McDonalds, right after passing a Chinese restaurant you’ll find this lovely home in Rome.

Location. Very close to the train station. One road away.

It’s an apartment. Not a hotel. The apartment is splitted into 4 -5 different rooms for guests. The name of the hotel (Dream station) has no label outside the hotel. It is beside a hk chinese restaurant, walk further down and u see a shop selling chinese jewellery/beads, then u have to press the intercomm for the guy to open the door for U. He only arrive at 1030, so if u reach any earlier,u gotta wait. And no housekeeping or room service at night. I was not aware that the hotel did not change my hotel per night, as the towel is meant for 3 nights stay, they will only change after 3 nights. I threw the towel on the floor, and couldnt get them to change for me. Tried calling the number provided in the name card. Nobody answer at all!! Overall, the italian guy is friendly, But i dont recommend for long stay. 1 – 2 days is barely fine.

The location is perfect coz Rome was our last destination and we were arriving by train. Very close to Roma termini Station, within walking distance. Although it was certainly not on a good neighbourhood, but it was okay. We have no problem at all. The owner was very helpful (eventhough he is more a silent person). He let us keep our luggage after check out while we wait for our departure time.

Maybe because we stayed in the yellow room, so the wall is painted in yellow paint and it looks a bit rustic and gave out the feeling that the room is old. And we couldn’t find good place to eat nearby.

Very good location – the shuttles to the airport are just across the street and it’s very convenient especially when your flight is early in the morning. The wi-fi connection was excellent, nice facilities in the kitchen and there’s a computer spot with printer which you can use for free.

I really fell in love in brightness of this hotel, when I have already seen it in the site. It is a real symbol of dreams, because of its bright colours of rooms: violet room (we lived there), blue room, yellow room, green room, pink room… There is yellow and pink and blue kitchen. Design of the kitchen was very attentive – even plates and cups are blue and pink. Every morning the administrator of the Dream station (Maurizio) leaves a little package of juice, milk, butter in the shelf of the fridge for every guest. Coffee, tea, baked goods are accessible for all near the coffee machine. There are also the gas stove, the dish washing machine. Towels are changed every 2 days. The administrator of the hotel is a very friendly, well-wishing person. I hope I will stayed here later

We selected Dreamstation for its prximity to Roma Termini and the main historical tourist attractions. It also provided good acces to shopping facilities and the market. Excellent free wifi and adequately stocked breakfast. Highly recommended budget option for 4-5 days.

The people at Dream Station were great. I was greeted warmly, and treated as a valued guest. The location is perfect for someone who is traveling strictly by train. The rooms were clean and exhibited lots of charm. On a side note: I really liked having some space to myself in the fridge (not common), so I could bring sodas and pre-prepared meals to keep costs down.

Incredible hospitality by the owner, who waited up late when our bus was delayed into Rome. Clean, warm, welcoming rooms, fantastic bathroom facilities and kitchen facilities. Internet and use of a computer and definitely worth the price. The room stayed nice and cool with the ac which was much needed with the 40+ weather. Would definitely return.

Maurizio, le propriétaire est super ! Son établissement est une véritable bonbonnière haute en couleur, chaleureuse, comfortable, avec tout le nécéssaire ! Un PC avec internet et imprimante est à disposition gratuitement. Eau, Nutella, croissants, fruits, café etc sont également disponibles 24/24h et gratuits ! Maurizio est hyper disponible. Les chambres sont situées au 4ème étage d’un immeuble. C’est en fait un grand appartement qui a été divisé en plusieurs chambres. La situation géographique de ce B&B est parfaite car à quelques pas de la station Termini qui est un excellent point de départ pour visiter Rome. N’hésitez pas à y séjourner si vous cherchez un bon rapport qualité/prix.

É um hotel bem localizado, perto da estacão Termini em que facilmente se consegue apanhar metro, bus e comboio. O hotel dispõe de quartos muito acolhedores, uma cozinha muito bem equipada, pequeno-almoço muito bom. É um hotel muito bem organizado, dispoe de toda a informacao necessaria para o turista. O funcionário do hotel é muito simpático e disponível para esclarecimento de qualquer duvida.

L’hôtel comprend 5 ou 6 chambres réparties sur les 2 paliers du 4e étage d’un immeuble situé sur la rue qui longe la gare de Termini. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation (à 2 pas de la gare de Termini et de la station de métro) ainsi que la propreté, le confort (grande chambre) et le grand soin apporté à la déco de l’ensemble de l’hôtel sur la thématique des couleurs. La mise à disposition d’une cuisine commune est également un plus pour les séjours qui se prolongent, avec la possibilité de se faire à manger. Personnel accueillant. Possibilité de bagagerie gratuite, très intéressante pour ensuite reprendre le train à la gare toute proche.

La seule ombre au tableau est la simplicité du petit-déjeuner (surtout au regard du prix de la chambre, mais bon, c’est Rome) : croissants sous emballage, pas de pain, tranches briochées qui viennent à manquer lorsque l’on passe dans les derniers, une seule petite brique de jus de fruits par personne, etc. Prévoir également des boules Quiès : les chambres qui donnent sur la rue ont un très bon double vitrage, mais mieux vaut prévenir les éventuels coups de klaxon.

La totalité de notre séjour dans cet établissement nous à convenu.La propreté du lieu, la sécurité, l’accueil du gérant,la proximité du centre ville, la facilité des transports en commun. La gestion libre nos allées et venues car nous avions les clefs pour sortir et rentrer quand nous le souhaitions. Les bons conseils de guidage du gérant au point de vue des visites et des restaurants typiques. Tout était parfait.Nous y retournerons sans problèmes et le ferons savoir à notre entourage.

Le seul bémol un peu bruyant certaines nuits car la gare est à proximité. Mais cela reste un détail car il faut savoir que quand vous venez à Rome vous n’ êtes pas là pour faire du farniente !!!

Nos encantó este hotel, está en frente a la terminal y a pesar de esto es super silencioso y tranquilo. Las habitaciones re lindas decoradas y muy cómodas y limpias y bien equipadas. Lo que más nos gustó fue poder disponer de una cocina re bien equipada para cocinar y comer tranquilos. Nos dejaban todo a disposición para el desayuno y teníamos lugar en la heladera para el resto. Todo super prolijo y arreglado. El dueño super amable y servicial. Nos encantó, muy recomendable.

Lo único el barrio, no es muy lindo sobre todo en la noche, pero al mismo tiempo al estar frente a la terminal es bastante movido. No nos pasó nada pero no era muy lindo para salir caminando.

La cuisine, très bien équipée, est à disposition à tout moment. L’hôtel est super bien placé par rapport aux visites, aux bus, au métro … Accueil formidable. Très bien insonorisé, et pourtant juste à côté de la gare, du métro et d’une route très fréquentée.

La cuisine étant à disposition à toute heure, cela peu être bruyant et incommandant si comme nous, nous avons eu des personnes qui se levaient très tôt pour déjeuner.

Bruit des métros et des trains le matin des 5h30 le petit dejeuner en libre service avec des produits longue conservation premier prix en clair :pas de croissants ni pain frais ne voir le personnel qu’a l’arrivee pour l’enregistrement la chambre n’a été nettoyee et le linge de toilette change qu’une seule fois en cinq jours nous avons été aussi tres genes par le bruit fait par les voisins des autres chambres ou dans la cuisine commune tres mal insonorise

Хорошее месторасположение, особенно близко вокзал Термини. Добираться из аэропорта можно на электричке (8 евро) или на автобусе в конце зоны прилета (5 евро). Через дорогу от здания вокзала справа (если стоять к нему лицом) находится здание, в котором B&B, ориентир входа – тройной балкон на 2 этаже. Дверь закрыта – звонок. Комнаты находятся на 4 этаже, есть лифт. Удобно использовать кухню, которая открыта всегда, есть кофемашина, холодильник плита, кухонная утварь. Парень с рецепции появился в оговоренное время без опозданий. Рядом с входом приличный китайский ресторанчик. От вокзала ходят автобусы во все стороны (10-15 мин), в т.ч. к пл.Навона, Пантеону, еврейскому кварталу, Ватикану, пл. Венеции и т.д. Интернет быстрый, надежный, бесплатный. В холле в свободном доступе компьютер с принтером и Интернет поинтом. Санитарная комната чистая, удобная. Тихо. Напротив входа отходят автобусы в аэропорт каждые 30 минут – удобно и недорого 4-5 евро.

Останавливались в желтой комнате, все-таки она маловата. Прибытие новых жильцов создает шум под дверями, т.к. рецепшн в маленьком холле между комнатами.

很喜欢Dream Station！首先酒店离火车站和公交站地铁站都非常近，附近也有小餐馆，很方便。到达那天晚上店主还亲自在门口等我。房间很干净舒服，很安静，WIFI速度很好，还有供客人使用的电脑在CHECK IN处。有公共厨房，里面有厨具和冰箱，冰箱内以颜色区分提供给各个房间的饮品和牛油，厨房里还有咖啡机和热水机工客人使用，几种零食和面包。店主在CHECK IN后耐心的show me酒店内的设施和用法，很窝心。还有，在Dream Station住店用现金先付钱，有4%的折扣～

удобное месторасположение у вокзала – легко передвигаться по всему городу. забота о путешественниках – все необходимое на кухне, фрукты, круассаны, кофе, чай в течении дня. везде в отеле поясняющие таблички, о том, как пользоваться тем или иным.

плохая звукоизоляция, но это не очень мешает, так как все порстояльцы предпочитают гулять по городу, а не сидеть в номере.

駅のショッピングエリアから出れば道路を挟んで目の前！観光拠点に便利です。ホテル内は清潔で機能的です。部屋はとても広く、カラフルでかわいいし、WiFiも快適！朝食はパン、フルーツ、シリアルなど、用意されたものを共用キッチンで自由に調理して食べられます。共用冷蔵に各部屋ごとの牛乳が用意してあります。冷水機、コーヒーメーカーはいつでも使えるので、レンジで牛乳を温め、好きな時間に温かいカフェオレをいただくこともできました。

雨だったせいもありますが、看板がないため、小さな表札を見落として行き過ぎてしまいました。また、フロントが不在の時は携帯で呼んで来てもらう必要があります。最初不在に気づかず、ベルを何度も押してだいぶ待ってしまいました。電話をしたらすぐ外から駆けつけてくれました。携帯がない場合は到着時間をしっかり伝える必要がありそうです。

-Il bagno non e’ in linea con la modernita’ della stanza.-La presenza x 2 sere di ospiti (cinesi)molto maleducati e rumorosi ci hanno tenuti svegli fino all’alba,schiamazzando e ridendo a voce alta,poi sono partiti e le successive 4 notti sono state silenziose.-La zona Termini e’ tenuta molto male e molto sporca e la strada su cui si trova il Dream e’ mal frequentata soprattutto la sera

位置非常方便，火车、公车、地铁、机场大巴近在咫尺。虽然车站周边的环境不是很理想，但进入楼下大门后（通过对讲机），别有洞天，内部非常安静，也很有安全感。有电梯可到4楼房间。有厨房可以使用，咖啡机、饮水机随时可用。房间宽敞。有房主细心准备好的地图。

浴室淋浴的水比较小。早餐比较简单。

todo, la verdad es que desde la ubicacion, hasta la habitacion (la decoracion, la limpieza, los detalles, etc). no se porque dicen que el desayuno es escaso, tienes zumo y agua, puedes hacer cafes, tes, y tienes tostadas, cruasanes, nutella, mermelada, bizcochitos, algo de fruta. para mi calidad precio excelente no se puede pedir tanto a tan poco precio (es mi tercera vez en roma y un descubrimiento, volvere a alojarme aqui sin duda)

La struttura è molto carina e curata; la camera molto grande e confortevole; la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina è un grande vantaggio soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini. La posizione è ottima a pochi passi dalla stazione Termini e da tutti I mezzi di trasporto.

Il bagno è molto piccolo e l’assenza di personale e di reception ha fatto sì che ospiti molto maleducati e rumorosi ci svegliassero ogni mattina all’alba bussando al campanello e parlando a voce alta.

От пути станции Термини, с котрого отправляется и прибывает экспресс в аэропорт – 50 метров, через дорогу, что нисколько не мешает комфортному тихому отдыху. Очень удобная чистая кухня в отеле с наличием всего необходимого, достаточное количество чая, капсульного кофе, соков, молока, круасанов, кексов, фруктов и т.д. в любое время дня. Отличный бесплатный Wi-Fi, бесплатное пользование компьютером с принтером в холле. Мы сменили 3 отеля за неделю: Хилтон во Франкфурте, Краун Плаза в Санкт-Петербурге и Dream Dtation в Риме. Так вот он, пожалуй, лучше остального пафоса!

Вход в отель трудно найти, очень маленькая вывеска, вид из окна грустный.

Ottima posizione, accanto alla stazione e vicinissimo al binario del treno per l’aeroporto. Le stanze sono molto curate e pulite, e lo staff gentile e disponibile. A disposizione degli ospiti pc con internet, stampante, e cucina. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La comodidad de la instalación. La tranquilidad y las ventajas de disfrutar de una cocina a mi disposición, muy útil especialmente cuando viajas con niños pequeños. Además la ubicación es ideal para moverte por Roma. Desde alli puedes ir andando, en metro o en autobús.

La zona de Términi, aunque después resulta tranquila y segura, la primera impresión no es la mejor, especialmente si llegas entrada la tarde que fue cuando llegamos nosotros.

Une excellente adresse de par sa situation (la gare de Termini sans les inconvénients du bruit, car les chambres donnent sur une cour), chambres confortables et impeccables. La petite note qui fait la différence : la déco des lieux, personnalisée et très réussie.

Le seul bémol concerne la promiscuité entre les chambres et la cuisine. Si des clients prennent leur petit déjeuner tôt le matin, ceux qui souhaitent se lever plus tard en font un peu les frais.

Quand on arrive à Rome par le train Leonardo Express, l’hôtel est à 3 minutes à pied. J’étais avec mes deux filles de 11 et 13 ans dans la chambre bleue. Elles l’ont beaucoup aimée, ainsi que le fait de pouvoir disposer de la petite cuisine à tout moment. La chambre bleue donne sur la rue et on entend donc légèrement le bruit de la circulation mais moi qui suis sensible au bruit, cela ne m’a pas gênée. Il est très agréable de pouvoir disposer de l’ordinateur de la réception, à volonté. Si je devais revenir avec mes enfants à Rome, nous reprendrions la même chambre.

Les chambres sont réparties comme dans un appartement, ce qui fait que l’on entend le bruit des portes quand les gens entrent et sortent ainsi que celui de la cuisine. Lorsque nous avons séjourné, les gens faisaient attention à ne pas faire trop de bruit, ce n’était donc pas trop dérangeant.

Отличное месторасположение для первого знакомства с Римом и позднего прилета. Автобусы, метро, железнодорожный вокзал на расстоянии 20 метров от отеля. У нас была задержка самолета, но Маурисио дождался нас и оказал очень теплый прием, рассказав о всех услугах отеля, выдал ключи и карту города. Наличие кухни с кофеварочной машиной, посудомоечной машиной, холодильником, микроволновой печью и всей необходимой посудой – это большое удобство. Ежедневно предоставляются: хлопья, мюсли, масло, круасаны, кексы, джемы, мед, шоколадная паста, соки, фрукты, хлеб для тостов и бисквитные сухарики. Отель возле вокзала, но ночью достаточно тихо. Соседей слышно не было. Интернет хорошо работал. Мы остались очень довольны.

no me gustó el desayuno y la ubicación. También la ducha por ej salía muy poca agua caliente y no había nadie a quién referirse ya que no hay nadie en el hotel. La ubicación es sólo buena si tenes que salir pronto de termini y no queres moverte con las valijas, por que a sólo una estación de metro de ahi hay mil opciones de alojamiento mas lindos, con mejor servicio y al mismo precio.

디자인 및 청결성, 위치, 그리고 시설까지 모두 만족하였습니다. 우선 컬러매치가 잘 되어 있어서 왠만한 부티크 호텔 부럽지 않았으며, 게다가 매우 청결하여 가격대비 만족도가 매우 높았습니다. 위치는 Termini 역 바로 옆이라 공항으로 가는 시간을 단축해 주었습니다. 그리고 네스프레소 머신 및 각종 음식들, 컴퓨터와 프린터까지 구비하고 있어 여행객에게 딱 맞는 호텔이라 생각합니다. ^^

딱히 없었습니다.

Отличный отель B&B в удобном для путешественников месте. Выбирали отель по отзывам на сайте и не пожалели. Очень внимательный и добросовестный персонал. На кухне всегда есть все необходимое, чтобы позавтракать или перекусить.1 минута до метро – удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей. Близость вокзала в нашем случае была достоинством, а не недостатком, т.к. мы ездили в Венецию на 1 день (уезжали рано утром и возвращались ночью) да и улетали и прилетали в аэропорт Фьюмичино из которого к Термени ходит автобус и экспресс Леонардо. Наши окна выходили на улицу, но шумно в номере не было, правда спали мы с закрытыми окнами. Мы в первый раз останавливались в отеле B&B , но после такого удачного опыта будем искать такую возможность и в путешествиях по другим странам.

Dream Station ligt tegenover het centraal station en is daardoor zeer goed bereikbaar. Ook zijn alle bezienswaardigheden van hieruit gemakkelijk te bezoeken. Dream Station ziet er keurig verzorgd en netjes uit, er is veel aandacht besteed aan de inrichting. Je mag vrij gebruik maken van de keuken, thee- en koffiezet-facaliteiten. En van de computer met internet. Er is airco op de kamer. Je krijgt een eigen koelkast-vak, waar je etenswaren in kan leggen.

De directe omgeving van Dream Station doet wat minder prettig aan, i.v.m. de aanwezigheid van daklozen, bedelaars en drugsverslaafden, hoewel wij hier niet echt last van hadden. Onze kamer aan de straatzijde was erg gehorig, het raam moest ‘s nachts dicht blijven en dat was wel warm. Het hotel bevindt zich op de vierde verdieping van een appartementengebouw. Dat betekent dus veel trappen lopen of de kleine lift gebruiken. Het ontbijt bestaat uit koffie, thee, verpakte croissantjes en cakejes, jam en honing. We misten vooral brood en kaas, wat we zelf maar hebben gekocht. Ook was er slechts 1 mes aanwezig voor 6 gasten. In de keuken hing een mededeling dat je in 25 minuten klaar moet zijn met je maaltijd. Wel begrijpelijk i.v.m. het gebrek aan ruimte, maar niet zo klantvriendelijk.

Os quartos são novos, tudo funciona bem. A cozinha é muito bem equipada e oferece água e café a qualquer hora. A localização é perfeita para ir a qualquer ponto da cidade e tem tudo quanto é tipo de comércio e restaurantes por perto.

Como o hotel não tem funcionários o tempo todo lá (só para check in e check out), você precisa contar com a boa vontade e educação dos demais hóspedes para que seu café da manhã esteja lá quando você chegar. Duas das três manhãs que passei lá não achei mais café e o pão estava bem no fim. Além disso, a cozinha, onde está o café da manhã, é bastante pequena e os demais hóspedes abusavam do tempo de uso, ou seja, passei mais de meia hora esperando para conseguir tomar meu café correndo no dia do check out (que é às 11h).

Está bien diseñado para aprovechar los espacios que son pequeños. La ubicación está en un área un poco complicada pero muy cómoda para el transporte.

Solo se puede estar en la habitación por lo que se siente algo de encierro y la ducha casi no tiene agua. Un día no se hizo aseo.

Расположение супер. Термини через улицу. Провели ночь, приехав вечером из Калабрии и уехав утром в аэропорт. Очень удобно. С улицы шум мало слышен, дорога перед отелем с вялым движением, стеклопакеты и ставни помогают тоже. Кофемашина, круассаны – как положено.

Шумоизоляция внутри стремится к нулю. Слышно когда пришли соседи, сколько человек и что они делают на кухне и в холле.

Lo mejor la ubicación, justo al salir de Termini, tienes el metro y los autobuses al lado, por lo que para moverte por Roma está genial. En lo que respecta a la zona, si bien no es la más bonita,limpia y la que mejor ambiente tiene (suele haber bastantes negros y algún que otro vagabundo en los alrededores) no es ni mucho menos peligrosa ya que es una zona atestada de gente por todos lados. Y en cuanto al hotel, pues muy bien, tienes un ordenador con internet e impresora a tu disposición y gratis, la habitación con muebles nuevos,bien decorada, sin ruidos de la calle, y además cuenta con una cocina tanto para desayunar (hay café,neskuik,cereales, bollería,mermelada,nutella…) como si quieres hacerte de comer.

Lo único que no me ha gustado es que si no eres de los que madrugan,por la mañana te pueden despertar otros huéspedes que se levanten antes que tú, ya que la puertas de las 3 habitaciones que hay dan a un mismo minivestíbulo.

отель очень близко расположен от вокзала, что для нас было крайне удобно, так как мы ночевали там одну ночь и рим был у нас перевалочным пунктом между амальфи и москвой. комнаты большие, кровати тоже большие и удобные. номера все яркие и веселые:) завтрак довольно простой, но его более чем достаточно. я бы выбрала этот отель еще раз, если бы поехала именно в рим, так как он расположен в центре и до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком.

близость к вокзалу можно отнести не только к плюсам, но и к минусам отеля: в районе очень много подозрительных личностей разных национальностей и сомнительного поведения. но это больше минус не отеля (его вины в этом нет), а минут самого района. двум молоденьким девушкам лучше поздно вечером там не ходить.

Situé juste en face de la station Termini ce qui est très pratique pour les cours séjour avec arrivée tardive et/ou départ matinal! Le design de l’hotel est très sympa, contemporain et très propre!

Le plus gros problème est le bruit!!! il n’y a aucune insonorisation que ce soit intérieure ou extérieure!!! Nous n’avons simplement pas dormi de la nuit c’était insupportable (a priori des personnes étaient arrivées au milieu de la nuit et pour monter il faut sonner… et les Italiens adorent klaxonner….) je vous laisse imaginer…. C’est vraiment dommage parce que l’établissement est vraiment sympa mais pas pour plus de 2 nuits…

일단 위치가 테르미니역에서 20미터 거리입니다 그냥 길건너면 바로라서 너무 편하고 주요 관광명소를 대부분 걸어갈수있는 위치에 있어서 가장 좋았습니다 음식을 만들어먹을수있어서 식대 절약도 가능하고 방도 이쁘고 좋았습니다 서비스도 친절하고 현금결제시 추가할인도 가능해서 특히나 좋았습니다 이탈리아관광중에 4개 호텔에 묵었는데 단연 최고의 시설과 가격이였습니다 그래서인지 예약이 금방 차서 저희도 6개월 전에 예약했습니다 가실분은 미리 예약하셔야 방 구할수있습니다.

이탈리아 호텔들이 다그런지 몰라도 물이 콸콸안빠져요 ㅠㅠ 테르미니 주변에 무서운흑인들이 많아서 항상 조심해야합니다 (인종차별은 아닌데 우리도 위협을 받아서 무서웠어요ㅠ )

Близость к вокзалу – удобно для пребывания в Риме 1-2 ночи. Наличие кухни, холодильника, просторная комната, все удобства, тихий кондиционер, хороший Wi-Fi, наличие компьютера, можно воспользоваться принтером, но в наше пребывание в отеле в принтере не было бумаги.

Окна выходили прямо на вокзал – шум с улицы при открытом окне, впрочем закрытые окна решают эту проблему – звукоизоляция отличная.

Tres pret de Termini, surtout si vous prenez le bus de l’aeroport a Termini (5€), dans ce cas vous êtes a 30m du B&B Acceuil du propriétaire vraiment impeccable : personne chaleureuse, très pro qui vous explique tout le fonctionnement, qui vous offre un café, qui vous conseille sur les choses a faire et comment les faire. Attention, il est préférable de l’appeler avant, nous avions de l’avance, et devions receptionner la chambre avant 2h pm, pas de pb, on l’a appelé, il était là en arrivant. Grande chambre tres bien équipée, grand lit de bonne quaité, TV LCD grand format, Wi-Fi, et bien insonorisée, le tout quasiment tout neuf (refait il y a un an avec beaucoup de gout) cuisine équipée (Nespresso, machine pour l’eau gzeuse, etc), petit dej tres bon ! ! ! De loin le meilleur B&B que l’on est fait en Italie.

La ubicación era perfecta para mis necesidades además de que la ambientación del hotel y la habitación fueron sensacionales: poco ruidosa para la ubicación, limpia, espaciosa y la cama muy confortable. La verdad es que quedé más que satisfecha. Además que la atención del dueño al llegar fue excelente; en todo momento nos prestó su ayuda y nos respondió a todo tipo de dudas o sugerencias. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver, escogería el mismo hotel, seguro.

On est venu pour un court séjour avec ma copine, pour une visite en 2 jours de Rome. L’hotel est situé tout près de la gare, ça a été très pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ à l’aéroport. Depuis Fuimicino un train express arrive à la gare, et pour le départ, on a pris un bus shuttle pour 6 Euros pour Ciampino. L’hotel ressemble plus à une colloc sympa, c’est design, tout semble neuf.. wi-fi gratuit, télé écran plat.. Pour le déjeuner, vous aurez une brique de jus, du lait, du café des céréales et des petits gâteaux à disposition dans la cuisine commune (il doit y avoir 4 chambres/appartements. Franchement parfait.

ωραία δωμάτια καθαρά, η κουζίνα του πρωινού ανοικτή και διαθέσιμη όλη μέρα για να την χρησιμοποιείς όλη μέρα. γενικά ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο (bed & breakfast) δίπλα ακριβώς στον σταθμό των τρένων που βολεύει στις μετακινήσεις.

σχεδόν αθέατη η πινακίδα του, έλλειψη ρεσεψιόν (ότι χρειάζεσαι το κανονίζεις με ραντεβού με τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά εμάς δεν μας δημιούργησε πρόβλημα), περίεργη πρόσβαση (παίρνεις 4 κλειδιά για το δωμάτιο, ένα για μια μεγάλη πόρτα στο δρόμο, ένα για μια άλλη μέσα, ένα για την εξώπορτα των δωματίων και ένα για το δωμάτιο!). πρωινό φτιάχνεις μόνος σου (όποτε θέλεις βέβαια) και πλένεις και τα πιάτα…!!!

テルミニ駅からのアクセス良好！ 設定価格にしては、客室内も広く清潔であった。

通りにホテルの看板等がないため、発見しずらい。 (通りにある大きな緑の扉の横にあるインターホンで呼び出すと、扉を開けてくれる) 客室に入るまでに4つものカギを使わないと入れないため、少々面倒。 しかし、その分安心感はある。

Отличный отель, все очень чисто и удобно. Отлично оборудованная кухня, хорошие стеклопакеты, шума с улицы не слышно, хотя окна выходят прямо на вокзал и оживленную улицу. Автобусы до аэропорта отходят прямо напротив входа. В несколькох шагах небольшой магазинчик, можно быстро купить все необходимое. Парковка под окнами платная – 4 евро 6 часов (точно не помню, но примерно так). Стоянка хоть и с 8 до 23,но мы оставляли машину и на ночь, все было впорядке. Хозяин очень приятный и доброжелательный). На кухне всегда вкусный кофе, фрукты, в холодильнике молоко, соки.

Не понравилось только то, что вокзал находится прямо напротив и очень много бездомных и попрошаек. Из окна было видно как бомжи укладываются спать на ночлег. И вообще в райончике много подозрительных личностей, впрочем, как и везде, вокруг вокзалов.

Отличное расположение кроме того рядом жд и авто станция. Есть хорошо оборудованная кухня где можно приготовить еду. Комната чистая.

Tout: l’emplacement, le look, la propreté, la cuisine dispo pour le petit déjeuner, la possibilité d’utiliser internet. Charmant, sécuritaire et confortable. Absolument recommandé.

Un certain inconfort peut venir du fait quer plusieurs chambres sont rapprochées et donc pour le bruit l’isolation n’est pas absolue. Par contre, nous n’étions pas incommodés par cela.

замечательный отель, рядом вокзал и метро. в отеле на три номера есть общая кухня со всем необходимым: холодильник, плита, кофеварка, посуда, раковина. хозяин предоставляет гостям молоко, сок, фрукты, булку, кексы, мюсли, мед, мармелад. также на три номера в холле есть компьютер с выходом в интернет. действительно – мечта путешественника.

Excelente la habitacion, los servicios y la decoracion. Todos los detalles cuidados y muy limpio. Muy amables y serviciales en la atencion, hasta mapa nos entregaron habia caramelos, dispenser de agua, todo para la higiene. Habia computadora con internet y te permitian imprimir si necesitabas. El wifi funcionaba muy bien. Te permitian guardar las valijas y volver a retirarla a la tarde. Muy conforme con el hotel. El precio muy conveniente.

El aspecto negativo es que al ser barrio de terminal es sucio, pero compensa en que esta la estacion enfrente y no se necesita taxi para llegar.

Отель удобно расположен рядом с вокзалом и очень подходит дя кратковременного проживания. Отель представляет собой этаж с квартирами в жилом доме. Квартиры переделаны в номера со всеми удобствами, кухня одна на всех общая, самообслуживание.

Такой вид проживания комфортен только на короткий срок и преимущественно для ночевки.

Расположен рядом с вокзалом Термини, 5 минут и ты на платформе, при этом отель полностью изолирован от вокзальной суеты и шума. Кондиционер, интернет, общая кухня и компьютер. Рядом метро (пересадочный узел), большой супермаркет, термы Диоклетиана и др. достопримечательности-5 минут ходьбы! Замечательный отель для проезда через Рим (на несколько дней). А может и больше…

Şehrin en önemli noktası olan Termini Station ın hemen karşısında olan bir apartmanın 4.katındaki odamızdan ve hizmetten çok memnun kaldık. Binaya girişte 2 kapı var. Odaya girene kadar toplam 4 anahtarlı kapı açıyorsunuz.Yani güvenli.Otele ilk girişte görevli size anahtarları veriyor.Gece girişleriniz sorun olmuyor.Binanın asansörü bulunuyor.Her odada klima, özel banyo ve tuvalet (sabun+şampuan+tuvalet kağıdı) , televizyon var. Yatakları konforlu. Çarşaflar ve havlular pırıl pırıl. Havlular hergün değiştiriliyor, oda temizleniyor. Katta bulunan 4 odanın ortak kullandığı bir mutfak var. Mutfaktaki buzdolabını, gazlı ocağı, mikrodalga fırını, tabak, cezve, tava, tencere v.s. ve bulunan yiyecekleri ücretsiz olarak kullanabiliyorsunuz. Su, kahve,çay da sınırsız ve ücretsiz. Termini’nin alt katındaki süpermarketten veya Dream Station ın hemen yanında bulunan marketten birşeyler alarak mutfakta pişirebiliyorsunuz. Tren istasyonuna yakın, gürültü olur diye hiç dert etmeyin. Pencereler pimapen, asla ses geçmiyor.Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Очень понравилось, пожалуй лучшие условия проживания по сравнению с другими отелями, в которых останавливались в Италии (из недорогих). Ко всему написанному ранее хотелось добавить несколько впечатлений. Сразу после регистрации хозяин отеля прислал письмо, с вопросом, во сколько мы приезжаем, и потом ждал нас в указанное время, о том, чтобы встретить нас, мы не просили, но похоже это можно, я видел как он встречал других постояльцев. Отель оказался не просто рядом с вокзалом (50 м?), а прямо напротив вокзала, на другой стороне улицы, напротив остановки автобусов из аэропорта. Зеленая арочная дверь, вход во двор, направо через стеклянные двери и на лифте на 4(5) этаж. Сначала мы испугались такой близости от вокзала. Но номер оказался отличным. Хотя окна выходили на улицу, была хорошая звукоизоляция, наличие кондиционера исключало необходимость открывать окна. Несмотря на то, что в Италии воду можно пить из под крана на кухне стоял агрегат для охлаждения и газировки воды, приятное дополнение.

Единственное замечание это в отношении кофе машины, она работает на таблетках, а так, как хозяин выкладывает еду и все что нужно днем, а кухня доступна круглосуточно, то на утро может не хватить заветной таблетки. Придется пить чай, кипяток можно нацедить из кофе машины, только долго. Кстати соки и молоко в холодильнике обновляются по мере расходования, в первый день не взяли соки, они так там и остались, добавки не было.

Excelente! Nos toco la habitacion roja que nos parecio confortable, con buena ducha y colchon (muy importante) e insonorizada. Estaba todo impecable y muy cuidado hasta el ultimo detalle. Ayer estuvimos en un Hotel 4 estrellas al cual este b&b no tiene nada que envidiarle. El desayuno es correcto de acuerdo a su categoria. Su ubicacion es estrategica, frente a la estacion de termini, donde convergen las 2 lineas del Metro de Roma. Como toda estacion central, no es de los lugares mas pintorescos (de serlo, el valor de la habitacion seria 3 veces mayor), pero no nos parecio peligroso ya que hay presencia permanente de la policia en la salida de la estacion. Especial mención merece la cordialidad brindada en todo momento por uno de sus dueños, Maurizio, lo cual es un valor agregado a tener en cuenta.

Venía desde Venecia en tren, con lo cual cruzando la calle desde Termini está el Dream Station. De Roma partí en avión y tomé el bus al aeropuerto también cruzando la calle. El día anterior confirmé a Doménico nuestro horario de llegada de acuerdo a lo convenido por mail y el, nos estaba esperando.Todo nuevo, excelente limpieza, muy lindo el lugar.Cocina comunitaria para comer ahí. Todo disponible para el desayuno. Wi- fi en el cuarto y computadora para uso de todos con impresora libre incluída Nesspresso free en la cocina, muy buen detalle para los que gustan de un buen café El Metro desde Termini al frente

Realmente todo muy bien. Lo recomendaría y volvería al lugar. La zona no creo que sea para andar de madrugada pero como no era nuestra intención salir de noche no lo consideré un inconveniente.

En realidad nos gustó todo, empezando por el trato del responsable, que nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y una gran simpatia, a destacar su esfuerzo por entenderse con nosotras ya que no hablabamos el mismo idioma. La habitación amplia, acogedora y todo muy nuevo y limpio, y el baño perfectamente equipado. Ademas a pesar de estar en una zona muy centrica y transitada es silenciosa porque la ventana cierra hermetica y no se oye ni un ruido. A la cocina no le falta de nada y el desayuno es completo y abundante. Como detalle, un ordenador con conexion a disposicion de los huespedes. En definitiva un sobresaliente y totalmente recomendable.

через улицу вокзал термини, возле которого находится также транспортный автобусный узел. чтобы осмотреть большинство достопримечательностей транспортом пользоваться совсем не обязательно. единственное удаленное место – ватикан. до него можно добраться на 40-м автобусе за 1 евро (ехать до конечной остановки). хотелось бы отметить добожелательность хозяина отеля.

Då vi bara skulle övernatta nära stationen så var läget perfekt. Rummen ligger 4 våningar upp i en äldre byggnad. Rummet var fräscht och annorlunda inrett med härliga färger.

Frukosten var continental med plastinpackade bröd och marmelader samt lite mjölk och juice. Positivt med en nespressomaskin. Köket var väldigt trångt så det var tur att inte fler skulle ha frukost samtidigt.

Öncelikle konum harika, Termini’ye 20 metre… Bunun dışında odalar çok temiz, oda boyutu yeterli, otel kesinlikle güvenlik önlemlerini almış (3 anahtar ile odanıza ulaşıyorsunuz), ortak kullanımda bir bilgisayar ve yazıcı var, wifi problemsiz, kahvaltılarda kullanılan malzeme oldukça kaliteli, her zaman mutfak ve kahve makinesi hizmetinizde. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim…

Удобное расположение сразу рядом с вокзалом – идеально для прибывающих ночью, вечером на вокзал и тех, кто с большими чемоданами. Хорошее достаточно уютное место для бюджетного варианта остановки и места на пару ночей. Приветливый парень на ресепшн. У нас в номере было очень тихо, окна выходили во двор. Плюс плотные ставни позволяют полностью отключиться во время сна даже с разницей во времени.

Достаточно сложно обнаружить вход с первого раза. На полу в ванной обнаружились кучки волос Комнатка тесная, но ко второму дню привыкаешь.

O Hotel está localizado em frente a estação termini, o que facilita muito. O Mauricio da recepção foi muito atencioso. Várias linhas de ônibus . Apesar do local ser muito movimentado e muito frequentado por pessoas menos favorecidas, não tivemos nenhum problema quanto a segurança. Facilidade de locomoção para todos os pontos turísticos.

Deve ser dada maior atenção à limpeza dos objetos da cozinha.

The personality of Dream Station. We would have stayed longer time permitting and made an effort to get to know the owner Domenico a little better (and work on our Italian) as he was always approachable. Dream Station is secure and opposite Termini Stazione so for day trips to surrounding attractions it is perfect. The rooms are cute and are well equipped, the air-con is quiet and the self serve Kitchen is a great hub for travellers to say ciao! In all a fantastic and affordable choice. Thanks

직원분들 너무너무 친절하시고, 방이랑 주방 상태도 너무너무 좋았어요!! 빵에 질려있던 상태였는데도 어쩜 그렇게 맛있는 빵만 마련되어 있던지, 아침도 맛있게 먹고 나왔습니다. 위치도 좋고 문도 4개나 통과해야 해서 치안도 좋았습니다. 강추합니다.

The location is perfect for city tour, just a few mins walk from Roma termini, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location.

It’s was bad experience for taking shower there, the tube was so weak and I can hardly taking shower with such a small water power. The photo looked nice in picture but it was not practical when you checked in. The table was so small I cannot put my stuff out there. I arrived at this B&B 10 minutes early there’s no one answering the phone I stayed outside for 15 minutes waiting the owner arrvied for check in, it was cold winter time! I will not recommend this one to anybody due to the unconfortable experience, even the owner is nice a man.

Very unusual location, in an old palazzo and very nicely decorated, clean, with small shared kitchen with ample coffee/tea/bread for use any time of day or night. Toiletries included too.

Too noisy as very near to Termini – a very busy area of Rome, so difficult to have any sustained sleep.

Room is nice,owner very kind,tasty breakfast but a little poor.Water has very good pressure,it is very clean. Windows are isolating from the outside noise..otherwise it’s a lot of traffic sound.

The surround just across the station, many homeless people.The room has a very strange door,which leaves open space under it..so you can hear everything from the kitchen and the corridor.I woul improve or change the doors because it’s extremely unconfortable with all the noise.

Service was excellent, room was excellent, facilities provided were excellent, and so was the price! Staff were thoughtful enough to enquire about our arrival and method of arrival, and were even willing to stay up till 11pm to wait (though we arrived early so that didn’t need to happen). Answered all our questions in detail. Rooms were furnished with style, and really gave us a feeling of homeyness. Best hotel we stayed at in Europe!

We booked this hotel because of its location – directly opposite the Termini station. Only a triple room was available – which was especially ideal since we had loads of space to repack for flying after having been away from home for seven weeks. Although the reception was only present for a short time each day, we had his phone number should we require it. The kitchen was agreat bonus – continental breakfast and juice provided, plus a Napresso and hot water available 24 hours a day. A microwave, hot plates, fridge, crockery, cutlery and dishwasher. Bathroom was compact but the oval shower recess meant that I didn’t hit the sides while showering.

Nothing. It’s on the fourth floor – but there is a lift. Although very inauspicious on the street, inside is marble and clean. Rooms are simple, renovated and comfy – even the beds! The Termini shops are useful – include a pharmacy (my husband developed a head cold) and a Conan supermarket (we could buy fresh salads each night!) plus cafes etc. The proprietor provided us with recommendations for meals – and the Trattatoria Monto was superb!

Location of this hotel is excellent for those who arrive with the train as the hotel is just next to the Termini station. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. One of the things we appreciate in the hotels when we travel is cleanliness. This hotel was super clean. The “help yourself” kitchen was a very good idea, especially for us when travelling with the child so we could prepare late eve snack without going out. I can recommend.

Only minor thing: We were staying in the “orange” room which was next to the kitchen so few people had their breakfast very early in the morning and we could hear all the noises from microwave, washing dishes etc to our room. A bit inconvenient but Im sure this is only for the Orange room, not others. A minor thing though.
