"Dream Station is very close to Roma Termini and hence well connected to the city and the airport. The rooms are a good size and had everything to make the stay comfortable. There is 24 hours access to the kitchen with coffee makers and a good selection of bread, jam, juices and other breakfast items. For a short stay, it had everything we needed!

There was an elevator (sometimes rare in Italy) which took me to the 4th floor. I was met by the proprietor who sent an email to me previously asking for my arrival time. I emailed just 1 hour before arriving and he was there! He showed me around and directed me to the red room, which was spacious. I enjoyed having 1 key card to get into everything it was easy to use. I also enjoyed having the 24 hour kitchenette and the ability to cook in the common area. I don't know if people use it but it's handy to have at your disposal! “We stayed here for three nights in early June 2019. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly man (Dominic?). He gave us a tour of the place and explained how everything works and recommended some things to see and do during our stay. he was very helpful. The place was super clean and tidy and the design was lovely and quirky. It is just across the road from the bus stop for the bus to the airport and the bus from the airport was only 9Euro return, so it was very easy to get to the hotel and back to the airport. If I went to Rome again, I would be very happy to stay here again.”

“Firstly ... thanx to trip advisor reviews I was able to choose this place out of 100s and also to know where the door was and how do I checkin . Right after my booking only I got a personal mail from the desk for my flight details and of my preferences if any ... Checkin took a minute ... and the explanation was precise and warm :) The hotel is placed unbelievably across the station ... so all I had to do to reach was cross a road. Also it’s in the Center of the market , and walking distance from all major touristic places .. Convenient & Great Value -- Had everything
“We spent four days at Dream Station while exploring Rome. They had everything you could want -- a well stocked kitchen available for use, excellent breakfast items, a computer and printer. Good wifi, although it dropped occasionally. The room was clean and quiet with a nice sturdy bed.
A little hard to find and at first seemed a dodgy neighborhood, but got used to it, and it was okay. Many restaurants in the area and right across the street from the train terminal and metro station. So convenient. You can identify it by the large dark green doors with an arched top. "Dream Station" is written in smaller letters by the intercom.
We would definitely stay there again.”

“I had such an incredible stay at Dream Station! Very close to the train station and was not hard to find at all. Staff was very kind and check in and check out were very easy. The breakfast is basic and is included in the rate, but the kitchen is always open and each room is provided their own space and items in the fridge - they provided us with our own milk and butter for the duration of our stay! The room had 2 double beds and was quite large for most European hotels/AirBnBs; the bathroom and bedroom were both very clean and the A/C unit worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Rome.”

I couldn't be happier - right from the time I arrived - the owner Domineco was so warm and welcoming, he made sure he explained every single thing, offered me coffee, in short, he was the most gracious host. The room are spacious, extremely clean and neat and the best part- they are named after the colour they are painted! How I ended up getting a red room I don't know but red is my favourite colour! The bathroom matches too - It's a really cool concept. Wifi is good and fast. The kitchenette facilities are adequate - the breakfast may be basic but it's value for money as it is unlimited quantity. The location is just fantastic! Excellent stay, could not be happier
“Stayed for 3 nights on my own with family down the road in a different hotel. Was a bit worried about being on my own but felt right at home at the Dream Station. Check in was fine even though I was a bit earlier than expected. Very pleased at the location and all the facilities. WiFi, air conditioning and even a USB charging point in the room. Breakfast a bit basic but excellent for the price. Only problem was my room (red) was right next to the kitchen so could hear the coffee machine going off at all times. I am a light sleeper though and had no problems with any train /street noise from outside. Loved the late afternoon sun through my window and listening to the world go by. Was even able to leave my luggage after check out as I had a late flight. Will definitely be back if…”

The rooms and the bath rooms are just nice size for Japanese. The staff is very friendly. Because it's terribly hot in the summerr in Rome, you want to come back to a hotel and have a rest during a day, and again you go out. Actually we did it. Hotel with great location and nice kitchen
“I stayed in this hotel from June 08th-11th. Best thing about this hotel is its location, as it is situated right next to Termini Station. One can take Bus service from Rome Airport till termini station and the hotel is just in front of the Bus stop at Termini. Another pros is the superb kitchen which is 24 hr available and equipped with stove, utensils, dish washer, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea maker and other ingredients for making food. Breakfast is decent with milk, corn flakes, fruits, bread, jam, honey, croissant and juice. Room is little small but guess thats how the rooms are in Italy. Room is quite colorful and bathroom is well equipped. Free wifi in ths room. Overall, we had an amazing stay without any complaints.”

“I was just checking out this morning and I just cannot leave. This place is perfect if you've never been to Rome. Located in front of the Termini Station, making it easy if you want to go anywhere using metro or train. Also not to mention that Termini is a place that never sleeps. You can easily get foods and daily necessities around Dream Station.
Michelangelo (he said his name was Michelangelo) was perfectly nice. At the second night the coffee machine is broken, then he changed it right away. The food is available 24/7 for free. You can eat cereal or bread, and have some milk, tea, coffee. The refigerator was also there if you want to buy food and keep it.
There are towels and hairdryer as well. The room is very clean and fresh, and you can directly see Termini Station from up above.
Dream station is located on 4th floor, but there is lift to go there. I would love to go back if I go to Rome ever again”

“I just noticed that I had not written a review for Rome's Dream Palace. That was very bad on my part for this is one of the best places we have experienced on our holidays. Okay, it is not fancy. It is definitely not glamorous or up scale. What it is, however, is practical, efficient, pleasant and a great place to stay while visiting the Eternal City. Where to begin - booking a room was easy and effective. We had some special requests and there was no issue. Checking is was simple, although you have to co-ordinate with the manager when you are going to arrive, just to ensure they will be there to meet you. The rooms are bright and colourful. There is good internet service. There is a common breakfast lunch area with a fridge that provides a shelf for each room. …”

“We've chosen Dream Station first for its location, 100 from all means of public transportation in Rome. That helped as we were travelling with 2 young children.We found Dream Station very easy, as you just have to check the doors numbers. Early check-in was arranged in advance by email and was faultless. In fact, at 10.30 the room was already clean and ready for new guests and we could be housed immediately. We chose to go to see the Collosseum, 15min walking from there. The lady in reception was very helpful and nice, creating a very good first impression on Rome. We stayed in Blue Room which we found very spacious for a family of 4. Obviously not a 5* presidential apartment but well worth the money and location. This place was ideal for us, as it was just across the street from Termini station(which is very easily reached from the airport by bus or train), but was clean and quiet, despite its dubious looking location. The windows are double glazed, so street noise is minimized. We had the orange room which is right by the kitchen, and though there is the possibility of noise, there are two doors between the bedroom and the kitchen so we heard nothing. “I would highly recommend Dream Station and would definitely stay here again. Got off the plane at Fumicino, took the Express train to Termini. Hotel was not far at all although it was a little difficult to find at first. It looked like we were walking through a ghetto and we walked past it a couple of times as the sign was quite small. Luckily, our host met us outside of the large wooden doors and once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Our host was fantastic and we were shown our room, had a guided tour of the kitchen and an explanation of how to get around. “We stayed in the Orange Room. At first we were a bit thrown off by the look of the street that led to Dream station. But once we crossed the entrance, things looked much better. The place is safe, spotless and colorful. The owner was very welcoming and helpful; he tok care of handling our delayed baggage which did not arrive until the next day. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooler, toaster, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and fridge as well as basic ingredients (fruit, cereals, croissants, etc....) for breakfast . “What a great little hidden gem. The Dream Station is located right by the Roma Termini which makes it easy to take day trips. Very cute rooms; colorful, modern, clean and comfortable. Despite the area I never felt threatened but learned the hard way how easy it was to get conned by the gypsies in the train station offering directional help(for a fee that was demanded after!).Staff were helpful but you do need to make arrangements as to what time you will be arriving as owners are not in the residence. Make sure you get out of the station on the correct street or you will not find the large green doors covered in graffiti which lead to the inner doors and elevator of the hotel.The signage is small so I advise you to google map it before you arrive so you know what you are looking for”

This hotel in located near the main train station. It is a long walk to all the main tourist sites, although there are really good public transport links. The rooms are very comfortable and contain all the facilities you would expect. There is a kitchen for everyone to use with 24 hour a day hot drinks and plus you get all you need for breakfast. Although on our second morning it was very busy with not much food left. The idea is good, however not so good if not enough food for all the guests. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They speak very good English.

For us as a young couple on a romantic city trip Dream Station B&B was just perfect! Its located on the fourth floor (elevator present) of a typical Roman building right across the central train-, bus-, and metro station. The B&B itself is clean, friendly and without hassle. After check-in we received a short tour through the kitchen and our room, which are both clean and colourful. Wifi, airco and television are included, so no surprises afterwards. I can recommend it for anyone who wants to be in the middle of the action and wants to stay in a hip and fun place. :)

Dream Station is very closer to Roma Termini's station (about 200mt). The rooms are clean, colored but my room (the yellow one) was a little small. The other 2 rooms are bigger than mine. The B&B has a free wifi connection, free air conditionated and free luggage deposit. The breakfast is included.

Nonostante tanti soggiorni a Roma, non avevamo mai alloggiato presso “Dream Station”. Ci ha colpito, innanzitutto, la disponibilità di Michelangelo, che ci ha aspettato sino a tarda ora a causa del ritardo del volo. La posizione rispetto alla Stazione Termini é strategica, in quanto estremamente vicina. La camera é ben strutturata e ben pulita con biancheria per il bagno e prodotti per l’igiene personale. Il servizio breakfast è disponibile h24 con una buona varietà di prodotti ( brioches, fette biscottata, marmellate, nutella, latte, caffè, cereali, succo di frutta, acqua sia gassata che liscia). Il rapporto qualità- prezzo è attualmente il migliore riscontrato tra le strutture presenti nella zona Termini. Sicuramente sarà la nostra prima scelta per un prossimo soggiorno.

Attirati da queste camere colorate, scegliamo di prenotare una camera per 3 giorni e 2 notti.
Il servizio reception non è sempre attivo, ma basta scrivere l'orario d'arrivo e loro si fanno trovare. A quanto ho capito i gestori sono una coppia, entrambi simpatici e gentilissimi!! Le camere, come si vede su internet, sono colorate e carine, sfiorano il kitsch ma a me piace!!! La stanza della colazione è comune alle 4 camere del lato destro (ce ne sono altre 3 nel lato sinistro) e in qualsiasi momento del giorno puoi mangiare quello che vuoi (macchina per bevande dolci, cereali, paste, fette biscottate conmarmellate varie) e puoi anche fare la spesa e utilizzare la cucina per il pranzo e la cena. è tutto completamente autogestito ed è fantastico!
Stamani mattina abbiamo deciso di visitare San Pietro e non volevamo portarci dietro le valigie: d'accordo col proprietario, le abbiamo lasciate in camera per poi ritrovarle alla reception alle 14, ora in cui siamo rientrati per prendere il treno. Davvero comodissimo.

Ho passato 3 notti tranquille in una delle camere (yellow). Servizio impeccabile. Pulizia ok, collaboratrici gentili e cordiali e possibilità di usufruire della cucina h24 indisturbati. Il fiore all'occhiello della struttura, sono senza dubbio il distributore di acqua frizzante e fredda (mica poco con un settembre ancora a tratti estivo! ), il distributore di acqua calda per il tè e la macchina per preparare qualsiasi bevanda per colazione. Di facile uso e rapidità. Simpatico l'effetto luci colorate ad intermittenza del miscelatore doccia. Anche lì i colori non mancano. Ringrazio il cordiale responsabile della struttura per le indicazioni sui mezzi, ristoranti e soprattutto per la possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli nel vano accessibile solo con un codice al momento del check out. La struttura infatti, fornisce una scheda diversa per ogni camera che permette di aprire non solo la porta della stessa, ma anche il portone che da su via Giolitti (fianco della stazione). Basta avvicinarlo alla cella e automaticamente si aprirà il portone o la porta. Fortunatamente il palazzo è dotato di ascensore, quindi è facile arrivare al quarto piano con i bagagli. Unica nota negativa (anche se a noi non ha recato problemi), è la presenza di persone non propri di bella compagnia nei paraggi. Alla fine siamo quasi sulla stazione perciò è normale che sia frequentata da gente non sempre impeccabile. Basta attraversare dal lato della stazione e già ci si sente più sicuri. Poi i controlli non mancano, state tranquilli.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Ho pernottato in questo B&B e posso dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è ampiamente rispettato. Inoltre, avendo la cucina a disposizione tutto il giorno, ci si sente come a casa e questo è un punto a favore della struttura. Il personale disponibilissimo, le camere pulite e curate (cosa non da poco), la colazione buona e la posizione ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglierò la struttura ai miei conoscenti

Ci siamo fermati una notte in questo B e B a due passi dalla stazione Termini.
La zona non è delle migliori (come tutte le stazioni del mondo) ma è molto comoda per visite lampo come la nostra avendo treno, metro e capolinea bus vicinissimi, senza contare la vicinanza a diversi siti religiosi/turistici/istituzionali, inoltre la struttura è molto ben organizzata e sicura, ad esempio con chiavi wireless per accedere dal portoncino in tranquillità a tutte le ore.
Accoglienza più che valida e in anticipo sul check-in con contestuale deposito dei bagagli per iniziare senza ritardi le visite programmate.
Camera tripla bella, pulita, con tutti i confort (tv,aria condizionata,phon, ecc.), bagno piccolo e minimale ma più che idoneo.
Accesso alla piccola cucina/zona comune garantito h24 con toast, marmellatine, nutelline e brioches sempre disponibili, ripiano frigorifero a disposizione, colazione sufficiente.
Il giorno del check out abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in deposito in apposito e sicuro vano, per riprenderli prima della partenza in treno.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono, ancora meglio considerato che in un sol colpo si ottiene un'ottima sistemazione e un deposito bagagli in stazione (senza le relative code e spese).

Ho alloggiato 2 notti con un'amica presso il Dream Station (camera silver). La posizione è ottima grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione Termini e nonostante fossimo due ragazze la zona sembra tranquilla e controllata. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile ed accogliente facendoci sentire a casa. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. La cosa più comoda è stata la possibilità di usufruire della cucina a qualsiasi orario della giornata. Veramente consigliato

Le camere sono veramente confortevoli, calde e pulite.
La colazione è inclusa e sono a disposizione macchinette per l'erogazione di acqua, di acqua calda per tisane, caffè e cappuccini, frigorifero, internet point e wifi in camera. La colazione è buona e a disposizione della stanza. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cortese. Dormire a due passi dalla stazione ci ha permesso di prendere un treno la mattina molto molto presto senza stress. Personale cordiale e disponibile, cucina a disposizione degli ospiti completamente attrezzata (spazio nel frigorifero, uso fornelli, microonde, dispenser acqua gasata e naturale, macchina per il caffè e per riscaldare l'acqua per fare the o tisane- varietà di the e tisane a disposizione, cereali per la colazione, latte, succhi di frutta, pane da poter tostare, fette biscottate, miele, marmellate e brioches).
Ottima posizione per poter raggiungere i vari monumenti con i mezzi pubblici o a piedi, vicino anche a molti ristoranti e fast food.
Camera comoda, pulita, bagno con grande box doccia.
Che dire? Se dovessimo tornare a Roma sicuramente torneremo in questo b&b!

Fantastico B&B a due passi da Roma Termini. Abbiamo soggiornato qui 5 notti, non è mai mancato nulla, personale cordiale. Luogo pratico per potersi spostare sia a piedi sia con i mezzi nelle direzioni dei vari monumenti.
Cucina a completa disposizione dei clienti e un po' di frigo per tutti..
Stanze molto belle e con tutto il necessario.
Credo che ci ritorneremo dovessimo tornare a Roma.

“Ho scelto questa struttura per una breve visita a Roma di due giorni. La sua posizione è davvero ottima per chi arriva a Termini e vuole girare un po' nel centro. In un quarto d'ora a piedi si arriva al Colosseo e al foro di Roma, in cinque minuti a piedi si arriva alle terme di Diocleziano e al museo nazionale romano (assolutamente da visitare!), insomma perfetto per i turisti. Le camere sono pulite, comode, tranquille e nuove. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è una piccola cucina comune fornita davvero di tutto. “Quando si sceglie di alloggiare vicino ad una stazione, per motivi di praticità negli spostamenti e per motivi anche economici, si dovrebbe essere pronti ad accettare qualche "compromesso", ed in effetti io e la mia fidanzata eravamo arrivati a questo B&B attirati dal prezzo e dalla sua ubicazione (praticamente appena fuori la Stazione Termini) e non ci aspettavamo chissà quale qualità di servizi. Ed invece siamo rimasti veramente sconvolti dalle tante cose positive che abbiamo riscontrato fin dall'arrivo! camere arredate in modo semplice ma funzionale. Soprattutto camere pulite, fornite di tutti i comfort (TV, wi-fi gratuito, addirittura la presa USB a muro - cosa che non mi era mai capitata di trovare neanche in albergo! - doccia grande, phon, condizionatore che fungeva anche da pompa di calore, persino lo scaldatovaglie! Unico neo: per motivi di spazio non c'era il bidet, ma diamine si tratta pur sempre di un B&B e comunque trovatemi un bidet anche in un ALBERGO, seppur "economico", per esempio in Francia :D ) I vetri camera della stanza assicuravano una perfetta insonorizzazione con la pressoché totale assenza di rumore, pur trovandosi il B&B in una zona ad alta densità di traffico (sia di veicoli che di persone). C'era addirittura la possibilità di usare una cassetta di sicurezza per conservare eventuali cose di valore, senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Gli spazi comuni sono attrezzati in modo davvero impeccabile: si ha diritto all'uso gratuito di un pc munito di stampante (per esempio per stamparsi itinerari o fare ricerche sul web) e si possono effettuare sempre gratuitamente telefonate a numeri fissi dal telefono a disposizione nella stessa postazione. La cucina è attrezzata di tutto punto, davvero non manca nulla: ogni camera ha un suo ripiano nel frigo (che giornalmente viene rifornito di latte, succhi di frutta e burro per la colazione), c'è un dispenser per acqua potabile (addirittura per poterla bere gasata!), la macchina per il caffè espresso, un macchinario per avere in pochi secondi acqua calda (per esempio per fare tisane o the), un forno a microonde, un piano cottura, la lavastoviglie e il lavandino. Non mancano tovaglioli di carta, piatti e posate (lavati giornalmente). Su ripiano su cui si può fare colazione o consumare gli altri pasti è sempre disponibile tutto l'occorrente per la colazione: pancarrè e tostapane, plumcake e merendine confezionate, confetture e creme spalmabili, e un dispenser con cereali. I gestori sono davvero persone gentilissime e disponibilissime, oltre che discrete. Fatto il check-in, non si hanno vincoli di orario per entrare o uscire, e il check-out è semplicissimo. Altra "piccola" comodità, la possibilità di depositare i bagagli anche oltre l'orario di check-out! Insomma, tutte queste cose, se aggiunte al fatto che ci si trovava a due passi dallo snodo principale di TUTTI i mezzi di trasporto per muoversi a Roma, che - contrariamente a quanto si pensi, a meno che non si gironzoli per strada a notte fonda - la zona è tranquilla anche perché frequentatissima a tutte le ore, e che c'erano ovunque in zona posti per poter mangiare qualcosa per tutte le tasche e per tutti i gusti, e non ultimo la comodità di avere i capolinea di due linee di pullman per raggiungere Fiumicino o Ciampino proprio DAVANTI il portone del B&B... Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura è stato più che confortevole e piacevole, e lo STRACONSIGLIO!!! E se ripenso a quanto è stato economico... Sorrido ancora di più!!! ”

“Dream Station è un B&B situato a fianco della stazione Termini, in una posizione molto pratica per esplorare la città. Arredato in maniera allegra e originale, è dotato inoltre di una cucina munita di un piccolo buffet, caffè, tè e tisane nonché dispencer di acqua fresca ai quali si può attingere quando lo si desidera senza costi aggiuntivi. “La posizione è veramente ottima: il B&B dista meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con lo staff: il titolare (immagino) è stato gentile e cortese tutto il tempo. La camera (tripla superior, stanza "green") era spaziosa, i letti comodi, bagno singolo, l'aria condizionata un sogno e le finestre con i doppi vetri rendono la camera praticamente insonorizzata verso l'esterno. Inoltre, Wi-Fi ed internet point gratuito! La colazione era a volontà, con scelta tra brioches preconfezionate, confetture e pane. Inoltre c'era la macchinetta del caffè, thè, latte e - cosa migliore - la macchinetta per la distribuzione dell'acqua fresca e filtrata!! Raccomando attenzione in quanto non essendoci servizio di reception, l'ingresso deve avvenire all'orario…”

“Ottima posizione, praticamente attaccato alla stazione Termini. Gentilissimo il proprietario ed il personale, che consente, su richiesta, di lasciare i bagagli nel B&B anche dopo aver sgombrato la camera. Le stanze sono colorate e pulite e, in Estate, è davvero utile il climatizzatore, molto semplice da usare. Il frigo è in comune (in cucina), ed è suddiviso in scomparti riservati a ciascuna camera. Volendo ci si può anche cucinare essendo la cucina bene attrezzata. (Tuttavia l'ultimo giorno non ho trovato i coltelli, ma la colpa non è del B&B ma di qualche ospite maleducato!). Se ricapito a Roma sarà certamente la mia prima scelta! Unica pecca: nel bagno non c'è il bidet, ma un qualcosa che lo sostituisce non tanto pratico da usare.”

Siamo state ospiti della camera gialla: bella, calorosamente accogliente, molto silenziosa (si affaccia nel cortile interno): in pochi mq tutto il comfort di cui si ritiene di aver bisogno quando si viaggia. I servizi descritti nel sito sono realmente forniti: originalissima la possibilità di usufruire della cucina (dotata addirittura di lavastoviglie) per poter pranzare e/o cenare in autonomia. Avanzatissima la possibilità, se non si vuol viaggiare con il proprio computer, di poter utilizzare gratuitamente la postazione presente nell'ingresso.L'accoglienza e la cordialità del Sig. “Non posso che confermare quanto scritto da altri viaggiatori in precedenza. Il bb è esattamente come descritto sul sito internet. Comodo da raggiungere e comodo per gli spostamenti a Roma. A pochi metri, partono gli autobus scoperti per i tour della città. Noi avevamo la camera Azzurra, pulita e spaziosa. La colazione è "fai da te", molto semplice (non aspettatevi torte fatte in casa) ma comunque sostanziosa: 3 tipi diversi di corn flakes, brioches, fette biscottate con nutella e marmellate.. Il proprietario (molto disponibile) ci ha anche fatto lasciare le valige l'ultimo giorno per poter fare ancora un giro prima di ripartire. “Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni alla Dream Station mentre esploravamo Roma. Avevano tutto ciò che si può desiderare - una cucina ben attrezzata disponibile per l'uso, ottimi prodotti per la colazione, un computer e stampante. Buona wifi, anche se è caduto di tanto in tanto. La stanza era pulita e silenziosa con un bel letto robusto. Un po 'difficile da trovare e all'inizio sembrava un quartiere poco raccomandabile, ma ci siamo abituati, e andava bene. Molti ristoranti nella zona e proprio dall'altra parte della strada dal terminal dei treni e dalla stazione della metropolitana. “L'hotel era esattamente come descritto. Era molto comodo per la stazione ferroviaria, la metropolitana e la stazione degli autobus. Un luogo "magico" dove rifugiarsi dopo un intera giornata in giro per Roma........ troverete il confort di una "casa" con una cucina attrezzata e accogliente dove poter consumare un breakfast h24 con bevande calde e fredde, brioche, pane ecc ad un prezzo onesto......e ciò è assolutamente imbattibile!

Sono rimasta sorpresa nell'aver trovato una struttura così pulita, organizzata e dotata di ogni comfort ad un prezzo così conveniente!
La struttura si trova realmente a 100 metri dalla stazione!
Sono arrivata a Roma da La Spezia alle 22 ed il proprietario era la ad aspettarmi ed in maniera gentile ed esaustiva mi ha mostrato la struttura.
La cucina è molto ben organizzata e la colazione ricca.
Gli ospiti hanno anche la possibilità gratuitamente di utilizzare PC e stampante.

Oltre alla comodità nell'arrivare alla stazione (praticamente esci dalla camera 10 min prima di salire sul treno),le stanze sono pulite, colorate, comode e rilassanti.il bagno in camera con kit di benvenuto e radiatore scalda asciugamani...la cucina con ogni cosa che serve per la colazione è a piena disposizione dei clienti...lo consiglio vivamente!!!
入住當天我們早上約10點半抵達羅馬，但是因為房間要打掃整理，實際入住時間為下午2點，所以先讓我們寄放行李，到了晚上回到民宿時，行李也放在我們房間了，服務很周到！民宿的位置就在羅馬Termini車站旁，步行約5至10分鐘，交通很方便。有廚房可烹飪使用，也有咖啡機、熱水、小點心、水果，隨時都可以免費取用。早餐有提供簡單的麵包，冰箱內分層擺放了每間客房的鮮奶和鋁箔包果汁，記得別拿錯了，會依照房間顏色標示。房間很乾淨、寬敞、舒適，很棒的住宿經驗。

“El lugar esta justo al lado de la estación central de trenes, magnífico para moverte a donde quieras. Nosotros no usamos casi nunca el transporte público porque pudimos llegar a todos lados a pie; pero si se quiere, hay de todo a menos de una cuadra de distancia, metro, tren, autobus, etc.
Te dejan una cocina abierta con desayuno incluido (que está todo el día puesto!) no te restringen y te dejan usar la cocina y sus implementos (nosotros pudimos cocinar a gusto).
La atención es muy buena, pero hay que sacar cita para que te reciban ya que no están todo el tiempo, eso no me gustó mucho porque quisiera haber podido dejar las maletas aunque sea un poco antes de mi check in”

A sólo unos pasos de la estación central, es muy cómodo moverse desde ahí ya sea a pie o en transporte público. El lugar es muy cómodo y limpio, tienen una cocineta con todo lo necesario para preparar tus propios alimentos (incluso aceite, sal y esas cosas) y te dejan un desayuno permanentemente. A estação Termini fica à porta do hotel. Para quem usa transporte público ou anda a pé, por si só isso facilita todos os deslocamentos pela cidade e da cidade para o aeroporto. Devido ao atraso de nosso trem, chegamos depois do horário do check in, ainda assim fomos conversando em tempo real com o staff do hotel por e-mail e ajustando o horário de nossa chegada. O rapaz foi super gentil conosco.
O quarto é pequeno como as demais instalações do hotel. Houvesse uma sala para interação com os demais viajantes, diria que seria mais um hostel do que um hotel. Por exemplo, a cozinha, que fica aberta 24h é compartilhada e super equipada com utensílios e máquinas para tudo. Nela havia frutas, biscoitos, chá e outros itens de alimentação disponíveis para os hospedes se servirem em sistema self service. Se fosse o caso, seria possível até preparar comida.
Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas daria para ter ficado bem mais.

Отель находиться буквально через дорогу от ж\д вокзала Термини в жилом доме на 4-ом этаже. По дороге вы встретите множество сомнительных личностей, но они всегда обитают у вокзалов. Не пугайтесь, мы никакой опасности не почувствовали. Отель очень маленький, всего 7(8) номеров, но каждый номер оформлен в определенном цвете. Эта же цветовая принадлежность будет применима к полке в холодильнике куда вам будут ставить каждое утро сок, масло и молоко (без лактозы). Это я плавно перехожу к завтраку. Завтрака в классическом понимание - нет. Но есть кухня на 4 номера. (Как я поняла, квартира была переделана под 4 номера.) Большой плюс кухни в том что она открыта круглосуточно, и там стоит кофе машина (можно пользоваться в любое время), плита, тостер, микроволновка, посудомойка (поэтому мыть посуду не надо - нужно только поставить ее в посудомойку). На кухне в свободном доступе лежат джемы, шоколадное масло, булки, хлеб. Это собственно и есть ваш будущий завтрак.) С соседями мы практически не встречались, поэтому было ощущение, что кухня принадлежит только нам. Кафе рядом много, везде вкусно, цены разные. Еще один момент. Уборка каждый день. полотенца меняют через день. А вот гель для душа, мыло и шампунь поставили только при сдаче нам номера, в последствии баночки не доставляли. возможно если попросить - но так как нет круглосуточной стойки регистрации, запрашивать нужно только по телефону, имейте просто это ввиду. Вообщем это идеальное место, на мой взгляд, для недолгого проживания.

Не смотря на непосредственную близость к вокзалу, в номере тихо. Очень приветливый персонал. Есть кухонная зона со всем необходимым. Круглосуточно доступны круассаны, кексы. В холодильнике для каждого номера выделена полка с соками и молоком. В номере было чисто, кровати удобные.

Апартаменты расположены очень удобно для транзитных путешественников, т.к. рядом ж/д вокзал и различные варианты переезда в аэропорт. Несмотря на "привокзальный колорит", двор и парадная отделены, и поэтому внутренняя обстановка достаточно приятна.

Отличное местоположение, если вы путешествуете дальше, так как вокзал Термини в двух шагах. Чистый уютный номер, интернет, утром можно отлично позавтракать. Также, можно оставить багаж до вечера, если вы уезжаете вечером.

Расположение. Мы практически не пользовались транспортом, а когда всё-таки ездили, от вокзала это довольно удобно.
Завтрак. На самом деле это не просто завтрак, а круглосуточно доступный перекус: кофе, выпечка, фрукты, соки, мюсли.
Кухня. Мы готовили завтраки и ужины.
Персонал дружелюбный и мы минимально с ними пересекались.

Оригинальный яркий дизайн (Вы точно не заскучаете), есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания (включая достаточное количество розеток). Окна выходят во двор, потому ночью тихо.

Понравилось все. Прекрасная хозяйка, доброжелательная и готовая помочь. Это миниотель- квартира. Три комнаты и кухня. Комната чистая и удобная. Отдельный санузел и душ. Кондиционер. На кухне есть все: кофеварка, чайник, просто вода, перекусить круассаны и кексики. Холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, ноутбук. Месторасположение супер! От вокзала Термини 2 минуты. Метро Термини - пересадочная на ветки А и В. Минут 20 до Коллизея, фонтана Треви и т.д. Очень рекомендую. Прошлый четырехзвездочный отель - был просто беда, а здесь все более современное и удобное.

Великолепное месторасположение, наличие сейфа и магнитного ключа, завтрак 24 часа в сутки, кондиционер тихий, чистое белье и приятный персонал. Наличие компьютера и принтера. Тишина в номере. Превосходная кровать с хорошим матрасом для сна. В ожидании заселения был предложен кофе. Приятно, что удалось согласовать выселение на час позже обозначенного срока . Выберу данный вариант размещения повторно и могу рекомендовать , как оптимальный по соотношениями цена/ качество и месторасположение.

Я с мужем и ребёнком проживала в оранжевой комнате. Не смотря на то что окно выходило как раз на улицу рядом с Термини, в комнате было очень тихо, отличная шумоизоляция! В номере чисто и уютно! Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал! Рассказали что посмотреть в округе, где ближайший супермаркет, распечатали карту с месторасположением необходимых точек посещения. Так как мы улетали через пять часов после выселения, предоставили нам камеру для хранения вещей совершенно бесплатно. Кухня доступна 24 часа в сутки, в наличии все необходимое. В холодильнике, на нашей личной полке нас ждали 3 маленьких пачки сока и литр молока. Также из еды без ограничений доступно 24/7 фрукты, круассаны, маффины, хлеб для тостов, конфитюр, гренки, мюсли, чай, кофе...при необходимости приносят утюг. Если вы проездом, но хотите посмотреть основные достопримечательности Рима, в квартале от b&b есть экскурсионные автобусы, которые отправляются каждые 15 мин. Автобус в аэропорт отходит от остановки напротив b&b. Очень довольна расположением и обслуживанием! Рекомендую семьям с детьми (моему 8 лет)

“Отличный отель B&B. Очень быстро можно добраться до аэропорта на Леонардо экспрессе или автобусе. Для передвижения по городу тоже очень удобно - один шаг до метро. Если бы не месторасположение, то было бы отлично. С первого раза не нашли дверь, пошли мимо. Очутившись внутри оказываешься в тишине и забываешь, что вокзал и сопутствующие неприятные личности рядом. Из окон отеля виден вокзал. Он прямо на этой же улице стоит. В 1 минуте от подъезда находится остановка автобусов до аэропорта. Ходят каждый полчаса.
Подняться на 4-ый этаж можно на лифте. Он забавный.
У меня был номер "Green". В нем нет своего холодильника и минибара как пишут в отзывах, но есть телевизор (его не включала).
В номере нет тапочек, зубных щеток, пасты, халатов и ватных палочек. Когда у "главного" попросила тапочки и зубную пасту, сказал, что таковых нет. Иди мол в магазин.
Писал на почту весь вечер, типа когда будешь.
Место шумное. В комнатах слышимость хорошая. И с улицы все пьяные гулянья слушала ночью.
Есть горячая вода, теплая батарея, шампунь и гель для душа. На кранах насадки и они светятся. Стоишь под душем как на танцполе.
На общей кухне имеется еда. Для таких как я - которые с пустым животом спать не ложатся. Хлопья, молоко, сок, яблоки, кексы, джем и тосты - бесплатно. А также чай, кофе, кипяток и газированная вода.
Есть плита, можно купить продукты и приготовить что-то горячее.
Вывод. Если вам наплевать на соседей туристов, жильцов сверху и снизу кричащих и топающих, на улице людей поющих и простоту убранства, то все равно место тянет максимум на 4. Выигрывает за счет расположения рядом с вокзалом. Номер не стоит 3500 рублей и оценка 9.1, я считаю, завышена!

에어컨도 잘 작동되고 안에 티비도 있어서 아이가 좋아했습니다. 공용 주방에는 냉장고 뿐만 아니라 인덕션, 전자레인지 등으로 조리할 수 있어 늦은 저녁을 해먹을 수 있었고 정수와 스파클링 워터를 마실 수 있어서 유용했어요. 로마에서 3박하면서 4일 묵었는데 체크인 후 짐도 잠시 맡아주어 근처에서 점심을 먹고 공항으로 출발할 수 있었습니다. 지하철은 물론 공항열차 플랫폼과 가깝고 근처에 버스 터미널도 있어서 다니기 편리했어요.

로마에서 하룻밤, 이곳에 묵었는데 정말 좋은 선택이었다. 위치도 역에서 아주 가깝고, 우리를
배려해주는 친절한 아저씨 덕분에 자매의 여행이 더욱 즐거웠다.
방과 화장실의 색들이 조금 화려(?)하지만 깨끗하고, 따뜻한 곳이었다. 아, 샤워부스가 조금 좁은 느낌은 있었지만 충분히 사용할 만 했다.!!
24시간 오픈 되어있는 부엌. 냉장고 안에는 우리를 위한 과일 음료와 우유, 신선한 과일, 요거트가 있고, 마음껏 먹을 수 있는 빵과 잼, 누텔라, 과자들.. 그리고 과일들을 보며 행복했다. 커피머신, 탄산수가 나오는 정수기까지..!! 이 모든 것이 무료다..!!!
휴.. 여기서 더 묶을 걸 하는 아쉬움이 절로 나왔다.. 다른 곳에 예약을 미리 하지 않았더라면 좋았을 것을..오늘 온 호텔은 물 한 병도 돈이다.. 슬프다..다시 이곳에 가고싶다

“ทั้งฉันและสามีมีอายุเกือบ 70 ปีแล้ว ดังนั้น เมื่อเรามาเยือนอิตาลี เราต้องการจะหาโรงแรมใกล้ Roma Termini ในใจกลางกรุงโรม และดูเหมือนว่า เราไม่สามารถจะทำดีไปกว่าการเลือกพักที่ Dream Station Bed & Breakfast โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ตรงข้ามถนนจากสถานีรถไฟที่ Roma Termini ดังนั้นจึงเป็นการเดินทางโดยรถไฟที่ง่ายจากสนามบินไปยัง Roma Termini แล้วก็ข้ามถนนมาที่โรงแรม ห้องพักไม่ได้ใหญ่โตมากมาย แต่ก็เพียงพอสำหรับการพักหนึ่งคืน ที่นอนเป็นหนึ่งในที่นอนที่นอนสบายที่สุดเท่าที่ฉันเคยได้นอนมา WiFi เข้าใช้ได้ง่ายทั้งจาก iPad ของฉัน และจากคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มีให้ใช้งาน ฉันยังสามารถปริ้นท์ตั๋วเข้าไปชมหนึ่งในสถานที่เราเข้าเยี่ยมชมได้ฟรี อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบ "ทำกันเอาเอง" ในห้องครัวแยกที่เราสามารถใช้ได้ เจ้าของที่พักได้มี รายการอาหารต่างๆ ไว้ให้มากมาย รวมถึง น้ำผลไม้และนม ซึ่งมากกว่าเพียงพอสำหรับเรา ห้องครัวยังมีเครื่องกรองน้ำ ซึ่งทำให้เราสามรถกรอกขว”

とても便利な場所なのだが、入り口がわかりにくく迷った。
· 全体的には、便利だし十分清潔、部屋も可愛らしくて良かった。

ローケションはテルミニ駅から徒歩1分、高速鉄道やメトロでどこに行くにも非常に便利でした。また毎朝パン、ミルク、果物などをが準備されており、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

立地。フィウミチーノ空港行きのバス、駅、メトロ、トラム、スーパー全て3分以内。
鍵も全てカード式。
シャワーのお湯も心配なし。
シチリアに1週間(前後にこのホテルを予約していた)行っている間も無料で預かってくれ、戻った時は部屋に入れて置いてくれた。
希望すれば毎日バスタオルを替えてくれた。
USBのコンセントが枕元にあった。
24時間水、炭酸水、コーヒー、紅茶、パン、果物をいただける。

駅近なのがまず良い。水、炭酸水、コーヒー、紅茶が無料で飲み放題。ちょっとしたパン、菓子パンも無料で、朝食はそれで済ませられる。オーナーもとても親切

交通の便が非常によい。列車も、メトロも、バス（空港行き）も最高。テルミニ周辺は、治安が心配だったが、そんなことを全く気にしないで済むくらい、近い。駅からの道に小さいスーパーもあり。
また、好きなときにアクセスできるスナック類、炭酸水も飲めるウォーターサーバー、冷蔵庫の専用スペースもよかった。
荷物の預かりシステムも完璧。好きな時間に取りにいけるように専用のカードをくれる。こういうアパートメントタイプの宿だと、荷物の預かりも やりとりが大変なものだが、そのストレスも全くなかった。

ロケーションがとてもよいです。テルミニ駅から徒歩数分の好立地で、建物内部はエレベーターもあり、チェックインまで不自由なく済ますことができました。各部屋にカードキーがあり、セキュリティにも不安がありませんでした。朝食がフリーでいろいろと食べられるのも良いです。コーヒーマシーンのコーヒーがとてもおいしかったです。
“テルミニ駅東側（レンタカーオフィス側）にあります。緑の扉が目印です。 扉のインターフォンを鳴らすと、受付の方が対応し、扉を開けてくれます。エレベーターで４階に上がると右側がオフィス。 受付の方が丁寧に部屋のこと、共同キッチンのことを説明してくれます。部屋は広々としていて、スーツケースが２つ余裕で開けます。お湯の量は十分、WiFiはサクサク。清潔。共同キッチンは、コンロ、レンジ、冷蔵庫（部屋ごとにスペースが確保されている）、食器洗い機、洗濯機、ウォーターマシン（普通の水、炭酸水）、コーヒーマシン、パン類、バター、ジャム、果物、シリアル、牛乳は各部屋の分冷蔵庫に置いてあります。テルミニ駅の東側と南西側（地下）にcoopがあるので、夕食を作ることもできます。 宿泊者が困らないよう、設備が揃っています。 駅から近く、アクセス良好、おすすめの宿です。”

“トリプルルームに両親と３泊しました。 ローマにしては部屋が料金が安いのに広く，全般的に水回りが弱いイタリアのホテルにしては，シャワーも広く快適でした。 同じフロアにキッチンがあり，水，コーヒー，パン（クロワッサンなど），シリアルなどが２４時間提供されています。調理具やコンロもあるので，簡単な食事を準備する事ができます。冷たい水がいつでも手に入るのは重宝しました。 Wi-Fiも問題なくつながりました。 小さいながらもエレベーターがあるので，重い荷物があっても安心です。 場所は，ローマテルミニ駅の，レオナルドエクスプレス（空港からの直通列車）が停止するホーム，ツーリストインフォメーションのある出口から出てほぼ真正面です。大きな看板などはありますが，青というか緑というか，そんな色の扉が入り口です。 テルミニ駅周辺は治安があまり良くないと聞いていたので，到着時など心配でしたが，何かある前に宿にたどり着けました。出口から３０秒です。 テルミニ駅は交通の要所ですので，観光には便利です。 同じ通りの並びに，小さいですがスーパーがありますし，駅地下にスーパーCONADがあり，そこで出来合いのおかずも買えます。 イタリアは何かと物価が高いので，外でおかずやワインを買い込んできて，キッチンで温めて部屋でゆっくり楽しめば，節約にもなりますし，自分のペースで食事もできます。チェックイン後は従業員と会う事もなく，自分の家のようにくつろげました。 HPから予約すると，３泊以上，現金払いで割引があります。 ローマに行く機会があれば，またここに泊まりたいと思います！”

“テルミニ駅すぐで、電車移動には大変便利。COTRAL社の空港バスが目の前に止まります。
チェックインの時間は事前に連絡する必要がありますが、予約後メールがくるので返信するだけで大丈夫です。
オーナーは感じの良い男性で英語が通じます。
共有スペースにキッチンがあるので、料理をすることも可能。お皿、調味料は揃っています。エスプレッソマシーンもあります。また水もいつでも飲めるようになっています。
朝食もそこで食べますが、いつでも好きな時に各自用意して食べれるようになっているので、朝早くに移動する場合は助かります。冷蔵庫もあり各部屋ごとに仕切られています。
WIFIはフリーで問題なく繋がり、パソコン、プリンターも使用できます。
部屋は清潔でセンスがあり、またベットのマットレスもちょうどいい硬さで快適。
宿泊料金も駅前のホテルの半額位で安いのでまた泊まりたいです。
連泊すればよりお得に泊まれるようです。”

駅近、空港行きバスも目の前。部屋は、ポップアート系で可愛い。ベッドサイドには、usbケーブルが繋げる。キッチンには、パン、シリアル、果物、お菓子など24時間準備してあり、ミネラルウォーターも、ガスありガスなし飲める。レンジもある、キッチンもあるので簡単調理も可能。冷蔵庫も部屋ごとにスペースがあり便利。また3月に予約しました。Roma の私の常宿。

“L'établissement est situé en face de la gare Termini, où arrivent les trains et les autocars depuis l'aéroport de Fiumicino, et sur le réseau du métro. Il faut prendre rendez-vous à l'arrivée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Des aliments sont disponibles en permanence pour nous faire un petit-déjeuner et un snack, tout comme une machine à café. Un réfrigérateur commun nous permet d'y entreposer nos aliments, en plus de de ceux qui ont été mis à notre disposition par l'établissement (jus, beurre, etc.). Une étagère de réfrigérateur par chambre, selon la couleur. Fenêtre et volets fermés, l'isolation sonore est d'une redoutable efficacité sachant que nous sommes en plein centre-ville. En plus de la connexion internet sans-fil, l'établissement met à notre disposition un…”

“Pour l anniversaire de mon compagnon nous sommes venu dans cette maison d hôtes se situant au 4ème étage (ascensseur) d un immeuble longeant la gare et le metro (avec arrêt de bus). Prix très attrayant. Très propre. Personnel très sympathique. Selon les voisins que l on a c est plus ou moins bruyant certe on entends un peu le train mais pas de bruit dans la rue. Salle de bain et chambre bien propre. Si nous revenons à Rome nous reviendrons ici nous avons été enchanté. On nous a donner un trousseau de clé des 4 portes pour arrivé à notre chambre. Enfin petit séjour parfait ”

“Tres pret de Termini, surtout si vous prenez le bus de l'aeroport a Termini (5€), dans ce cas vous êtes a 30m du B&B Acceuil du propriétaire vraiment impeccable : personne chaleureuse, très pro qui vous explique tout le fonctionnement, qui vous offre un café, qui vous conseille sur les choses a faire et comment les faire. Attention, il est préférable de l'appeler avant, nous avions de l'avance, et devions receptionner la chambre avant 2h pm, pas de pb, on l'a appelé, il était là en arrivant. Grande chambre tres bien équipée, grand lit de bonne quaité, TV LCD grand format, Wi-Fi, et bien insonorisée, le tout quasiment tout neuf (refait il y a un an avec beaucoup de gout) cuisine équipée (Nespresso, machine pour l'eau gzeuse, etc), petit dej tres bon ! ! ! De loin le meilleur B&B…”
j'ai passé 4 nuit à ce BB le gérant est sérieux la chambre est agréable décorée dotée de SDB, une cuisine commune bien équipée, internet wireless free, il y a même possibilité d'utiliser le PC du gérant durant son absence. l'appartement est proche du centre de transport de rome (BUS, Metro, TRAM, train...). seul bemol est l'entrée de l'immeuble qui fait peur lorsqu' en arrive à l'immeuble, asser vielle.... . je recommande ce lieu.

Lieu tranquille propre bien situé au centre de Rome face a la gare .prix excellent accueil chaleureux et Discret .chambre propre donne sur l' avenue .petit déjeuner libre à toute heure cuisine ouverte 24 /24 en self service .super marché situé en sous sol de la gare .au retour de l aéroport arrêt du bus près de l hotel a 40 metres .tous les alentours sont intéressantes a 15 minutes à pied .wifi libre .TV .air conditionné .salle de douche

Chambre Très bien placée et extrêmement agréable et propre. Une petite cuisine commune à 4 chambres est disponible. On y trouve de quoi petit déjeuner (café, thé, croissant...) et tous les accessoires nécessaires dans une cuisine (frigo, plaques de cuisson, ustensiles...). Le gérant peut vous accueillir en italien espagnol ou anglais. Un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement cette place.
Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Direkt neben dem Bahnhof Termini zu wohnen, ermöglicht sowohl für An- bzw Abreise als auch für die täglichen Unternehmungen optimale Ausgangsbedingungen. Auch das Personal war äußerst professionell und zuvorkommend.

Hübsch gestylte Zimmer. Nicht sehr gross und luxuriös, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht - zu einem anständigen Preis an einer extrem guten Lage. Die Gemeinschaftsküche (=Frühstücksraum) kann jederzeit benutzt werden: kostenloser Kaffee, Wasser, Gebäck und Früchte.

“Έχω επισκεφθεί την Ρώμη πολλές φορές αλλά την πρώτη φορά που έμεινα στο Dream Station έμεινα κατενθουσιασμένος. Η θέση του είναι ιδανική. Je to super poloha,čo sa týka dopravy metrom, viete sa dostať za 1.50€ k akékoľvek pamiatke . Proste super. Ubytovanie je skromné keďže sa tu len vyspíte a pokračujete v bádaní . Celkovo dávam štyri a pol hviezdičky. Rím to je chaos na zemi ale
"organizovaný".tak hurá do Ríma.

Mivel az apartman a központi pályaudvarnál van, ezért csak egy pár lépést kellett megtennünk a transzferbusz megállójától és már ott is voltunk a szállásunkon. Minden elérhető távolságban volt gyalog. Korábban elfoglalhattuk a szállásunkat és kijelentkezés után is otthagyhattuk a csomagjainkat biztonságos helyen egészen estig a gépünk indulásáig. A konyhában 0-24 órában ihattunk kávét, vizet. Volt egy saját polcunk a hűtőben, ahova minden nap tejet és dobozos üdítőt készítettek be. Nagyon vidám, színes szállás, amit minden nap takarítottak.

Hyvä sijainti lähdellä asemaa ja palveluita. Huone oli tilava ja värikäs. 24h aamiaisbaari toimi erinomaisesti. Kaakao lämmitti mukavasti kylmän päivän jälkeen.

Goede locatie, dicht bij metro. Kamer was bij vroege incheck al beschikbaar. Bij uitchecken hadden we mogelijkheid om koffers daar te laten om nog even zonder koffers van de stad te genieten.
